According to Civil Aviation rules; children under 6 years of age, pregnant women, those who have recently had a serious surgery, and guests with health problems preventing them from standing for 1 hour are unfortunately not allowed to fly.

Since the weather can be chilly in the early hours of the day, we recommend dressing in layers (jacket, cardigan) and wearing flat shoes or sneakers to move comfortably on the terrain.

Flight safety is our top priority. If Civil Aviation cancels flights due to wind or rain, your ticket will be 100% refunded without any deduction, or rescheduled to another day you are available.

We have balloons of various sizes. Depending on your chosen flight package, our baskets accommodate from 2 to 28 passengers.
